会议第一轮通知
前言：人类逐水而居，文明因水而兴。治理水污染、保护水环境，关系人民福祉，关系国家未来，关系中华民族永续发展。党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央把水生态环境保护摆在生态文明建设的重要位置。为贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，立足山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和系统治理，统筹水资源、水环境、水生态治理，持续改善水生态环境质量，不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。南阳师范学院“国家南水北调中线水源区流域生态安全高等学校学科创新引智基地”拟定于7月11日至17日在中国·宁波、南阳召开“第六届国际流域生态安全论坛”，相关通知如下：

The 6th International Forum on Watershed Ecological Security

Preface to the Conference: Humanity thrives by water, and civilizations flourish because of it. Managing water pollution and protecting aquatic environments are vital to the well-being of the people, the future of the nation, and the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, has placed the protection of water ecosystems at a prominent position in the advancement of ecological civilization. To implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, efforts will focus on the integrated conservation and systematic governance of mountains, waters, forests, farmlands, lakes, grasslands, and deserts, coordinating water resource management, water environment protection, and aquatic ecosystem restoration to continuously improve water ecological quality and meet the people's growing needs for a better life. The "Higher Education Discipline Innovation and Talent Introduction Base for Ecological Security in the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Watershed" at Nanyang Normal University plans to convene the "6th International Forum on Watershed Ecological Security" from July 11 to 17 in Ningbo and Nanyang, China.
