简  介

“河南省南水北调中线水源区流域生态安全国际联合实验室简介”（豫科【2020】23号）于2020年正式获批成立。在长期与国际知名专家合作的基础上，针对南水北调中线水源区流域生态安全保护中面临的面源污染、水源涵养能力偏低、水资源利用效率效益不高等问题，积极探索国际化、多视角深层次合作。采用引进国外杰出专家指导的方式进行合作，通过借鉴国外先进理念和技术，在水源区生态安全数据库及决策支持系统建设、流域水资源演变规律与模拟技术、水源区水环境监测预警、水源涵养能力提升、水源区水量-水质耦合优化调控研究、水源区面源污染综合防控技术与示范，及水源区水安全保障体系建设等领域开展理论研究和技术实践。与国际联合实验室合作的专家在世界生态学界均享有崇高声誉，在生态环境恢复与治理领域具有丰富的实践经验。国际联合实验室为南水北调后续工程高质量发展提供国际合作的科研平台，将为中线工程核心水源地生态环境保护提供良好的理论和实践基础，为“守好这一库碧水”确保“一渠清水永续北送”提供重要的技术支撑。

Introduction of Henan International Joint Laboratory of Watershed Ecological Security in the Water Source Area of the Middle Route 

of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

“ Henan International Joint Laboratory of Watershed Ecological Security in the Water Source Area of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project ” was officially approved in 2020. On the basis of long-term cooperation with international well-known experts, actively explore international, multi perspective and deep-seated cooperation in view of the problems faced by non-point source pollution, low water conservation capacity and low efficiency of water resources utilization in the ecological security protection of the water source area of theMiddleRoute of the South-to-North Water Transfer. Cooperation is carried out under the guidance of foreign outstanding experts, and by learning from foreign advanced concepts and technologies, in the construction of ecological security database and decision support system in water source area, evolution law and simulation technology of river basin water resources, monitoring and early warning of water environment in water source area, improvement of water conservation capacity, research on coupling optimal regulation of water quantity and water quality in water source area carry out theoretical research and technical practice in the fields of comprehensive prevention and control technology and demonstration of non-point source pollution in water source area, and the construction of water safety guarantee system in water source area. The experts who cooperate with the international joint laboratory enjoy a high reputation in the world ecological community and have rich practical experience in the field of ecological environment restoration and governance. The international joint laboratory provides a scientific research platform for international cooperation for the high-quality development of the follow-up project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, will provide a good theoretical and practical basis for the ecological environment protection of the core water source of the middle line project, and provide an important guarantee for ensuring a clear water supply to the north.
