南阳师范学院河南省国际化特色高校简介

南阳师范学院于2022年入选河南省国际化特色高校建设单位（教外〔2022〕212号）。我校按照“总体领先，特色鲜明，保障有力”的原则，以涉外办学、来华留学、出国留学、国际中文教育、中外人文交流、以及教师海外研修等为抓手，在现有基础上积极挖掘潜力，引进、吸收、消化、融合国际上优质的教育资源、成熟的办学经验，以国际化为催化剂，逐步建立起适应我校国际化办学的治理体系，激发了办学的内生动力和发展活力。国际化成效显著，已与33个境外高校或科研机构签署合作交流协议，先后获批教育部本科中外合作办学项目3个、专科项目1个，课程合作项目4个，受益学生已达4000多人；设立境外办学项目卧龙学院1个；广播电视编导专业取得了教育部合格评估一次性通过的好成绩；先后服务500多名师生开展境外访学、学术交流、研修、实习或参加各类国际赛事等；现有来自20多个国家的国际学生在我校学习；先后引进长短期外籍专家93人次；作为首批河南省汉文化国际推广基地，近五年派出汉语志愿者教师23人次，其中公派教师5人次，分别派往美国、泰国、突尼斯、柬埔寨、缅甸、斐济、埃及、老挝、蒙古国。通过国际交流与合作，我校师生参与国际化竞争的意识不断增强，学校国际化办学能力不断提升，教学、管理、服务等水平持续性提高，为实现我校教育对外开放内涵式、跨越式发展，为把我校打造成内陆教育对外开放高地不断注入新的办学活力。   

根据建设目标要求，到2025年，我校将建成国际合作与交流综合排名省内领先，全国具有一定影响力，具有示范引领作用的河南省国际化特色高校，为确保高水平建设现代化河南提供人才保证、智力支持和科技支撑。

入选河南省国际化特色高校建设工程，学校呈现如下国际化特色：

1.培养水生态、水安全、水资源保护领域研究及应用型人才。

2.国际影响力提高。化学学科进入世界500强、ESI世界排名1%。

3.学校是河南省汉文化国际推广基地。

同时，突出特色优势，对我校省级国际化高校建设提出了建设意见：

聚焦学校南水北调中线水源区“生态安全与水资源保护”河南省特色骨干学科群建设特色，拓展与相关国际高水平大学或研究机构的交流与合作渠道，提高我校水生态、水安全、水资源保护领域科学研究、队伍建设、人才培养、服务社会国际化水平，促进学校高质量发展。

Introduction to Henan Province's Internationalized Colleges and Universities of Nanyang Normal University 

      In 2022, Nanyang Normal University was selected as the construction unit of international colleges and universities in Henan Province (Jiao Wai [2022] No. 212). In accordance with the principle of "overall leadership, distinctive characteristics, and strong guarantee", our school takes foreign education, studying in China, studying abroad, international Chinese education, Chinese and foreign cultural exchanges, and teachers' overseas study as the starting point, actively tap the potential on the existing basis, introduce, absorb, digest, and integrate international high-quality education resources, mature school experience, and take internationalization as the catalyst, We have gradually established a governance system suitable for our international education, which has stimulated the endogenous power and development vitality of the school. Notable international achievements have been achieved. Cooperation and exchange agreements have been signed with 33 overseas universities or scientific research institutions, and 3 undergraduate Sino foreign cooperative education projects, 1 specialty project and 4 curriculum cooperation projects have been successively approved by the Ministry of Education, benefiting more than 4000 students; One Wolong College, an overseas school running project, has been established; The major of radio and television editing and directing has achieved good results in the one-time qualification assessment of the Ministry of Education; We have served more than 500 teachers and students to carry out overseas study visits, academic exchanges, research, internships or participate in various international events; At present, international students from more than 20 countries are studying in our school; 93 foreign experts of short and long term have been introduced successively; As one of the first batch of international promotion bases for Han culture in Henan Province, it has sent 23 Chinese volunteer teachers in the past five years, including 5 public teachers, to the United States, Thailand, Tunisia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Fiji, Egypt, Laos and Mongolia. Through international exchanges and cooperation, our teachers and students' awareness of participating in international competition has been constantly enhanced, our international school running ability has been constantly improved, and our teaching, management, service and other levels have been continuously improved. In order to achieve the connotative and leapfrog development of our education in opening to the outside world, and to build our school into a highland of inland education opening to the outside world, we have constantly injected new school running vitality.

      According to the requirements of the construction objectives, by 2025, our university will be built into an international university with Henan characteristics that ranks first in the province in terms of international cooperation and exchange, has a certain influence in the country, and plays a leading role in demonstration, so as to provide talent guarantee, intellectual support and scientific and technological support to ensure the high-level construction of modern Henan.

     The university has been selected into the construction project of colleges and universities with international characteristics in Henan Province. The university presents the following international characteristics:

     1. Cultivate research and application talents in the fields of water ecology, water security and water resources protection.

     2. Increased international influence. The chemistry discipline has entered the world top 500 and ranked 1% in the ESI world.

     3. The school is the international promotion base of Han culture in Henan Province.

      At the same time, it highlighted its distinctive advantages and put forward suggestions on the construction of our provincial international universities:

     Focusing on the characteristics of the construction of Henan featured backbone discipline group of "ecological security and water resources protection" in the water source area of the middle route of the South to North Water Transfer Project of the University, we will expand the channels of communication and cooperation with relevant international high-level universities or research institutions, improve our scientific research, team building, talent training, and social internationalization in the fields of water ecology, water security, and water resources protection, and promote the high-quality development of the University.
