徐来阁，男，河南省水利厅河长处，高级工程师。从事河湖长制工作。1985年7月至2000年5月,省水科院从事农田水利科研工作。2000年6月，省防汛抗旱指挥部办公室工作，2010年至2019年4月，历任副调研员、副处长、防汛抗旱督察专员。2019年5月至2021年8月任省水利厅河长处处长，2021年至今任省水利厅河长处一级调研员。
