白景锋，男，南阳师范学院地理科学与旅游学院地理教研室主任，硕士，教授。
主要从事地方政府推进集群升级的机制与政策研究、空间化模拟方法修复遥感地表温度图像的数据等研究。曾主持各级项目10多项（包括国家社科基金、国家自科基金等项目），发表论文40多篇（其中包括地理研究、经济地理、地理科学等高水平期刊）。
