南水北调学院暨水资源与现代农业学院
南阳师范学院南水北调学院暨水资源与现代农业学院位于南水北调中线工程核心水源区和渠首所在地。学院以服务国家水资源战略和地方发展为己任，致力于专业教学和科研创新。现有教师47人，其中高级职称19人，博士39人，硕士生导师21人，博士生导师4人。教师队伍专业结构合理，具有创新力、凝聚力和协作敬业精神，为高水平教学、科研和社会服务的顺利开展提供了有力保障。
学院拥有“生态安全与水资源保护”河南省特色骨干学科群，设有“农业”“资源环境”“生物与医药”和“土木水利”专业硕士点，“水质科学与技术”(关注饮用水安全)、“环境科学与工程”(关注水污染治理)和“农学”(关注绿色农业)本科专业，重点培养资源与环境领域、生态水利和绿色农业领域的专业技术人才，以及具备水资源管理能力、绿色农业生产能力、掌握生态环境一体化保护技能的复合型人才。
学院承担有多项南水北调领域的国家级、省部级重大科研项目；建设有“国家南水北调中线水源区流域生态安全国家高等学校学科创新引智基地(111基地)”“南水北调中线水源区水安全河南省协同创新中心”“河南省南水北调中线水源区生态安全重点实验室”“河南省南水北调中线水源区流域生态安全国际联合实验室”“河南省软籽石榴工程研究中心”“河南省菌类食品工程技术研究中心”等国家级和省级科研平台，成立了水生态环境研究所、智慧水利研究所、生态农业研究所、水污染控制与水资源利用研究所、固体废物安全处置与资源化研究所、大气污染控制研究所和生态环境管理与修复研究所等领域研发机构；依托“生态安全与水资源保护”河南省特色骨干学科群和省级产科教融合实训流动站，紧紧围绕南水北调“三个安全”，积极开展中线水源区水质安全与技术、生态农业与可持续发展、环境监测评价与治理、生态保护和生态修复等领域的工程技术研发，加快水源地生态科技创新成果产业化，开创产科教发展新局面。
学院以习近平总书记的讲话为办学指导方针，广泛开展国内外学术交流，引进智力联合开展科技攻关，努力培养高质量专业人才，为南水北调中线水源区生态安全保障提供提供智力支持和科技支撑，为确保“一泓清水永续北上”贡献力量，为世界水资源调配的调水工程提供技术典范。

Nanyang Normal University's South-to-North Water Diversion College and the College of Water Resources and Modern Agriculture is located in the core water source area and the starting point of the central route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The college takes it as its mission to serve the national water resource strategy and local development, and is committed to professional teaching and scientific research innovation. There are currently 47 full-time teachers, including 19 with senior titles, 39 with doctoral degrees, 21 master's supervisors, and 4 doctoral supervisors. The teaching staff has a reasonable professional structure, and is characterized by innovation, cohesion, and a spirit of collaboration and dedication, providing strong support for high-level teaching, scientific research, and social services.
The college offers master's programs in "Agriculture," "Resource Environment," "Biology and Medicine," and "Civil and Hydraulic Engineering." It also offers undergraduate majors in "Water Quality Science and Technology" (focusing on drinking water safety), "Environmental Science and Engineering" (focusing on water pollution control), and "Agriculture" (focusing on green agriculture). The college focuses on training professional technical talents in the fields of resources and environment, ecological water conservancy, and green agriculture, as well as multi- talents with capabilities in water resource management, green agricultural production, and mastery of integrated environmental protection skills.
The college undertakes a number of national and provincial-level significant scientific research projects in the field of the South-to-North Water Diversion; it has established the "National Higher Education Institution Innovation and Intelligence Introduction Base for Watershed Ecological Security in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion (111 Base)", "Henan Province Collaborative Innovation Center for Water Security in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion", "Henan International Joint Laboratory for Watershed Ecological Security in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion", and "Henan Engineering Research Center for Soft Seed Pomegranate", among other national and provincial research platforms. The college has also established research and development organizations in various fields, including the Institute of Water Ecology and Environment, the Institute of Smart Water Conservancy, the Institute of Green Agriculture, the Institute of Water Pollution Control and Water Resource Utilization, the Institute of Safe Disposal and Resource Utilization of Solid Waste, the Institute of Air Pollution Control, and the Institute of Ecological Environment Management and Restoration; Relying on “ecological security and water resources protection”, the characteristic backbone discipline group of Henan Province and the provincial industry, science and education fusion training mobile station, closely focusing on the “three security” of the South-to-North Water Diversion Scheme, it will actively carry out research and development of engineering technology in the fields of water quality security and technology in the central water source area, green agriculture and technology, environmental monitoring, evaluation and management, ecological protection and ecological restoration, and accelerate the industrialization of ecological science and technology innovation achievements in the water source area.
