张英君，男，中共党员，河南省南阳市人。2001年硕士毕业于浙江大学动物科技学院（食品科学专业），2010年博士毕业于南京农业大学食品科技学院。南阳师范学院硕士研究生导师。现任南阳师范学院河南省菌类食品工程技术研究中心主任，南阳市工业专家咨询委员会专家，创新创业指导老师，西峡县食用菌产业体系专家。
主讲课程有食品加工工艺学（兼实验）、生物工程设备（兼实验）、生物工艺学（兼实验）生物工厂设计方面的课程。2011和2016年两次被评为年度教学优秀。2017年7月，指导学生获得第三届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛河南省决赛二等奖；2018年5月，指导学生项目“智能全天候太阳能粮食烘干装置”在河南省教育厅“新时代新梦想”首届河南省大学生创新创业优秀项目选拔赛中荣获一等奖
张英君老师致力于学以致用，解决产业共性卡脖子问题。2017年至今，面对食用菌产业菌种退化难题，张英君博士带领团队，从零开始，埋头苦干，利用5年多时间，在实践中“香菇”增产15-30%（获得科技厅22年度年项目支持），实现了产业卡脖子科技难题新的突破。张英君博士还是我校筹建食用菌种质资源库的第一人。张英君博士发明的智能菌棒生产一体机，食用菌制棒四个步骤合一个步骤，效率效益都提高，获得西峡专业人士认可，并获得2023年南阳市科技局重大科技立项支持，并正在做产业化准备。2023年4月被西峡县人民政府聘请为“西峡县食用菌产业体系专家”。2018-2022年张英君作为科技特派员服务南阳食用菌产业成绩突出，获得2020年度优秀省级科技特派员。
Zhang Yingjun, a member of the Communist Party of China, is from Nanyang City, Henan Province. He graduated with a master's degree from the College of Animal Science and Technology (major in Food Science) of Zhejiang University in 2001 and obtained a doctorate degree from the College of Food Science and Technology of Nanjing Agricultural University in 2010. He is a master's supervisor at Nanyang Normal University. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Henan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Fungal Food at Nanyang Normal University, an expert of the Nanyang Industrial Expert Advisory Committee, an innovation and entrepreneurship instructor, and an expert of the Edible Fungi Industry System in Xixia County.
The courses he mainly teaches include Food Processing Technology (including experiments), Biological Engineering Equipment (including experiments), Biotechnology (including experiments), and courses related to the design of biological factories. He was rated as an excellent teacher of the year twice in 2011 and 2016. In July 2017, he guided students to win the second prize in the Henan Provincial Finals of the Third China "Internet +" College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. In May 2018, the student project he guided, the "Intelligent All-weather Solar Grain Drying Device," won the first prize in the Selection Competition of the First Henan Provincial College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Excellent Projects, titled "New Era, New Dreams," organized by the Education Department of Henan Province.
Teacher Zhang Yingjun is committed to applying what he has learned to solve the common bottleneck problems in the industry. Since 2017, in the face of the problem of the degradation of edible fungi strains in the edible fungi industry, Dr. Zhang Yingjun led his team to start from scratch and work hard. After more than five years of practice, the yield of shiitake mushrooms has increased by 15-30% (supported by a project of the Department of Science and Technology in 2022), achieving a new breakthrough in solving the bottleneck scientific and technological problems in the industry. Dr. Zhang Yingjun is also the first person to initiate the establishment of the Edible Fungi Germplasm Resource Bank in our university. The intelligent integrated machine for edible fungi stick production invented by Dr. Zhang Yingjun combines the four steps of edible fungi stick production into one step, improving both efficiency and benefits. It has been recognized by professionals in Xixia County and has received support for a major scientific and technological project from the Nanyang Science and Technology Bureau in 2023. Currently, preparations are being made for its industrialization. In April 2023, he was hired by the People's Government of Xixia County as an "Expert of the Edible Fungi Industry System in Xixia County." From 2018 to 2022, Zhang Yingjun served as a science and technology commissioner for the edible fungi industry in Nanyang and achieved outstanding results. He was awarded the title of Excellent Provincial Science and Technology Commissioner in 2020.
