专注于水源区水质安全与生态保护这一核心领域,深入探究水源区水体质量的维持与提升机制,涵盖水源地周边生态系统对水质的影响规律研究,包括森林植被、湿地等生态系统的水源涵养与水质净化功能解析。同时,着力于点源污染和面源污染控制技术的研发。针对点源污染,聚焦于工业废水、城市生活污水集中排放源的高效处理技术,如研发新型污水处理工艺,提升污水中氮、磷、重金属等污染物的去除效率,实现达标排放甚至近零排放。对于面源污染,深入研究农业面源污染(如化肥、农药随地表径流进入水体)以及城市地表径流污染的控制技术,包括生态拦截工程技术、源头减量技术等。

紧密围绕南水北调中线水源区水质安全这一国家战略需求以及南阳高效生态示范市建设的地方发展目标,开展全方位、多层次的研究工作。在水源区水质安全与生态保护方面,通过长期的实地监测与数据分析,掌握水源区水质动态变化规律,构建生态保护策略与措施体系,旨在维护水源区生态平衡,保障优质水源的可持续供应。在点源污染和面源污染控制技术研究上,结合水源区及南阳地区的实际地理、气候、产业结构等特点,研发适配性强的污染控制技术。一方面,将研究成果应用于实际工程项目,为水源区周边工业企业、污水处理厂提供技术升级方案,助力点源污染的有效控制;另一方面,通过在农村地区推广生态农业模式、建设生态沟渠等措施,实现面源污染的源头削减与过程拦截。通过这些研究工作,不仅为水质安全、资源与环境领域提供先进的技术支撑,推动相关领域技术的创新与发展,还通过人才培养体系,为行业输送专业素养高、实践能力强的人才,为区域乃至国家的生态环境保护事业提供坚实的人才保障。


Research Fields:

Our focus lies squarely on the pivotal domain of water quality safety and ecological conservation within water source regions. We conduct in - depth investigations into the mechanisms for maintaining and enhancing water quality in these areas. This encompasses a comprehensive study of the impact of the ecosystems surrounding water sources on water quality, with a particular emphasis on analyzing the water conservation and purification functions of ecosystems such as forest vegetation and wetlands.

Simultaneously, we are dedicated to the research and development of control technologies for both point - source and non - point - source pollution. In the case of point - source pollution, our attention is centered on the development of high - efficiency treatment technologies for concentrated discharge sources of industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage. For instance, we are actively engaged in the innovation of novel sewage treatment processes, aiming to significantly improve the removal efficiency of pollutants like nitrogen, phosphorus, and heavy metals in sewage, thereby enabling compliant discharge and even approaching the goal of near - zero discharge.

Regarding non - point - source pollution, we carry out in - depth research on the control technologies for agricultural non - point - source pollution (such as the entry of fertilizers and pesticides into water bodies via surface runoff) and urban surface runoff pollution. This includes the exploration and implementation of ecological interception engineering techniques and source reduction strategies.

Our research is closely aligned with the national strategic imperative of ensuring water quality safety in the middle route of the South - to - North Water Diversion Project and the local development objective of constructing Nanyang into a high - efficiency ecological demonstration city. We execute comprehensive and multi - tiered research initiatives.

In the aspect of water quality safety and ecological protection in water source regions, through long - term on - site monitoring and in - depth data analysis, we gain a profound understanding of the dynamic changes in water quality within the water source areas. These measures are instrumental in achieving both the reduction of non - point - source pollution at its source and the interception of pollutants during the runoff process.
