一、个人简介
李娜，女，汉族，河南南阳人，中共党员，博士，讲师。本硕就读于西南大学家蚕基因组生物学国家重点实验室，博士毕业于西北农林科技大学动物医学院，预防兽医学专业。主要的研究方向为：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒生物学、病毒与宿主互作、诊断试剂疫苗及生物制剂研发。目前主要从事猪蓝耳病毒与宿主相互作用以及非编码RNA对于宿主基因调控的分子病毒学，猪传染病分子诊断，病毒样颗粒疫苗及生物制品研发等研究工作。已发表SCI论文10余篇。
二、主要学术成就：
1．猪蓝耳病毒感染的过程中调控宿主基因表达的细胞microRNA let-7f-5p及其调控病毒感染的作用机制研究。
2．证实了病毒小分子RNA的存在，探索了其加工通路及其调控病毒感染的作用机制

（1）河南省科技攻关项目，182102310077，利用家蚕生物反应器生产诺如病毒多价VLP疫苗及P颗粒疫苗的研究，2018/01-2019/12，主持。
（2）河南省高等学校重点科研项目，18A230011，靶向PRRSV受体CD163的宿主microRNA筛选及功能研究，2018/01-2020/12，主持。
（3）国家自然科学基金面上项目，31372381，家蚕氨肽酶N3与口服感染因子P74相互作用介导杆状病毒ODV入侵中肠细胞分子机制研究，2014/01-2017/12，参与。
（4）国家自然科学基金面上项目，30972146，家蚕核型多角体病毒对两株特殊家蚕细胞系侵染差异的机制研究，2010/01-2012/12，参与。
