How to Keep Healthy

There is an old saying “health is the source of revolutionary”, which tells us the importance of health. When you have a healthy body, you can do everything loved. But how to keep healthy? Here are some of my tips:

First, we should do physical exercise everyday which makes our body stronger and stronger. When you go to the fitness center, you will not only build your body, but also make some friends who love sports. You will never bore; you will get double benefit for energy and mood.

Second, a good diet habit can help us keep healthy, so we ought to be careful of our food. In our daily life, we should eat more fruits and vegetables and eat less meat.

Last but not least, we ought to face life with a smile. Health is not only about one people’s body, in my opinion, the mental health is more important.

If everyone is to do so, there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will be much more happiness in our life.

In everyone’s life, what’s the most worthy to us?

Money? House? Success? No. It is health which can not be changed by money. It is the most valuable fortune in life. But what is health? You feel strong and well, your eyes are bright and clear, your face is clean and fresh, you feel happy and ready for anything, you enjoy your work and life.

Healthy body makes you have opportunities to have a bright future. He who has no health has nothing. Healthy body allows us to do whatever we want. Someone said: “the world is very big, I want to travel!” it sounds free and easy, but I wonder if he doesn’t have a strong body, how could he travel around the world, and how could he pursue poetry and the distance?

Health is the root of life; therefore we should try to keep healthy.

Unhealthy Diet Habits

Nowadays, more and more college students have unhealthy diet habits which are bad to our fitness.

As we know unhealthy diet will do great harm to the body and affect our study effectively. It is really an important concern to each of us. But it is common to see the unhealthy diets on college students, such as no breakfast, eating snacks, street food and the junk food. Now many collage students sleep late and get up hurriedly to take classes in the morning, so breakfast is always omitted. In the lunch, they eat the street food randomly; especially many girls are on a diet because of worrying gaining weight. All these are very bad to health.

We college students are the backbone of the motherland, we ought to cherish ourselves, learn to keep health. This is more important than get knowledge.

Health and Wealth

So far as the topic of Health and Wealth is concerned, different people have different opinions. The reasons are as follows.

Some think that wealth means everything. To them, having a lot of money can help them to do anything they want to do. With a lot of money, they can buy whatever they want even the happiness.

On the other hand, others don’t agree. They believe that health is more important than wealth. First, you can enjoy a happier life with healthy body than those wealthy people with poor health. Second, a healthy body is one of the basic premises of success.

As far as I am concerned, health is more important than everything. Keep health first if you want to become wealthy. It is well-known that a person can make a large fortune if he has the right opportunities during his life. But if the person suffers from a terrible illness, then no matter how much money he may earn, he will still lead a miserable life. Therefore, health means wealth.

Follow the Footsteps of Health

Health is the most important thing in our life. It is obvious that health is the foundation of one’s success. So, we should keep healthy so that we can do everything we like. However, most of us don’t know how to keep healthy. Here, I will show you some tips:

Firstly, you should choose a healthy diet. As we all know, a healthy diet is good for our body, we can change our eating habits through doing something. For example, don’t eat junk food, it contains too much salt, sugar and fat, it is harmful to your health. You should eat more fruit and vegetables. What’s more, the cereal and protein are also necessary. Water is the source of life; you’d better drink eight cups of water every day.

Secondly, you should take some exercise. Exercise can keep one in a good mood and lead our healthy life. Maybe someone have no time to do exercise, but you can walk or bike to your office instead of taking taxi. Morning exercise is a good way to keep healthy; you can take a walk, jog or dance with your friends.

Thirdly, you should keep a good mood. It is researched that mood is one of factors that affect health. So, when you are under pressure, just breathe deeply and relax, don’t worry too much. You should believe that everything will be ok.

Health is significant for everyone. Let’s follow the footsteps of health to pursue the wonderful life.

With the remarkable improvement of people’s living standard, the issue of health has aroused wide public concern. However, how to keep healthy?

In my view, we should pay attention to both physical health and mental health. Firstly, we should keep a good state of mind. It can beat the negative emotions. Secondly, have enough exercises, which are beneficial to relieve stress. Thirdly, we must attach great importance to a healthy balanced diet, and keep away from junk food. Lastly, going to bed and getting up early also plays an important role, because enough sleep is good for us to be fit and fresh.

From above, good living habits can ensure us good health. Only be healthy, can we have a happy life.

With the development of society, the topic of health has increasingly become a common concern of the public. As a popular saying goes, “The first wealth is health”.

If we keep healthy, we could get more harvest. However, what can we do to keep fit? Here, I give some advice. First of all, we should form good living habits. Therefore, we can have a balanced, healthy diet and get enough sleep. Second, during our spare time, we are supposed to do some reading, which can make us keep optimistic. At the same time, we had better do physical exercise regularly.

Only in this way, can we work with high efficiency, live a happy and healthy life in the future. While there is a will, there is a way. We will be healthy if we stick to it. I sincerely hope that everyone can stay fit all the time.

As we all know, health is the most valuable wealth in the world. Without health, we can’t do anything. But unfortunately, many people don’t realize it until they lose health. Thus, everyone should attach great importance to it.

But how to keep healthy? As far as I’m concerned, the foremost thing we should do is to keep a good lifestyle. As an old saying goes, “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” So,above all, it’s necessary to have good rest for those who want to keep fit, and, of course, staying up too late will damage health. Here, fellow students should take notice. Besides, keeping a balanced diet is another key. We should say goodbye to fatty food, certainly including junk food. Last but not least, do some exercise everyday. But there is no need to do much exercise. Thirty minutes each day is okay.

With good health, we can work well and study well; but without it, we cannot achieve our goal smoothly, neither can we learn knowledge as easily as before. With good health, we will feel confident and keep an open mind; but without it, we may feel hopeless or fall into self-pity.

For our future and better life, please be sure to take good care of our health.

What Stole the Health of College Students?

In recent years, college students’ health test results show that: the indicators of the height, weight, and strength of college students’ increase, but endurance, vital capacity and other indicators decline. Furthermore, many students suffer from mental illness, which seriously influence their study and daily life. What stole the health of college students?

It can be noticed that there are some unhealthy living habits among college students and they impair their physical health. Typical examples include staying up late, being addicted to game, smoking and no sports. Lack of sleep for long time will damage health. Many diseases of heart and lung start from no enough rest at night. Especially during the holiday, they spend too much time playing games and chatting on the internet all night. What’s worse, smoking is harmful and it is bad for not only smokers themselves but also non-smokers. In order to keep healthy, please keep away from these habits.

Then, what are the causes of mental illness among college students? Firstly, college students are at a perplexed and contradictory age. On the one hand, they have to study hard to enrich themselves and get a diploma. On the other hand, they think they can still depend on their parents. In addition, college study, employment pressure and life stress could produce psychological problems.

From my perspective, for good health, college students need to not only have a healthy diet and regular exercise to make them healthier, but also find ways to relax them and keep good mood. If you want your wish come true in college, you should keep fit. Health is the most important ingredient of your success.

Keep Good Health

As we all know, keeping healthy is important to everyone. For us university students, we can’t be offered good jobs in the future if we are not healthy enough. In my opinion, we should do something now to keep healthy. But what can we do? My suggestions are as follows:

First of all, we must do some sports every day, for example, running, jumping rope, cycling, and so on. Half an hour a day is enough. It can help increase our energy.

Second, don’t eat junk food, and it makes us fat. The more we eat, the unhealthier we’ll be.

Finally, we should do what we can to relax ourselves. Having a good sleep is also very important to our health. It’ll help us have an energetic day.

Generally speaking, there’re many ways to keep healthy. If we change our bad living habits, we’ll have good health.

Keep Healthy

As is known to all, good health is more important than wealth. We can’t study or work well without it. So it’s necessary for us to pay more attention to our health.

“A good healthy body is worth more a crown in gold”, as an old saying goes. And it is reported that people who do sports every day have more healthy hearts than those who don’t. So we’d better take exercise every day. Half an hour each day is enough.

Besides exercise, good diet is also important. According to the food pyramid, we should eat a little salt, oil, sugar, milk, eggs and meat, but many vegetables, fruits, plenty of whole-grain foods. The balanced nutrition is essential to maintain good health.

Cheerfulness is another key factor. We should take part in some activities to relax ourselves. Making friends with other people and communicating with them will make us feel happy.

Only in good health as well as in high spirits can we greet the future, which is full of competition and challenges, and strive to achieve our ambitions energetically.

How to Keep Healthy

In my opinion, without money, car, house even other things we can survive, but if our health was taken away, we would die. How important it is for us to have good health!

For how to keep healthy, here are some suggestions:

First, I think we had better take exercise every day. It’s reported that people who do sports every day have more healthy hearts than those who don’t. Do exercise regularly is important. Let’s do sports together for good health.

Second, having a good eating habit is also important. We should avoid eating food high in fat, like cookies, French fries and so on. Eating more vegetables and fresh fruits can make us in shape. If you want to lose weight, having a balanced diet will be helpful.

What’s more, I think we need to keep not only our body healthy but also our mood good. I always feel much better when I am with my friends than when I am alone. Being with my friends, I always laugh. We often talk about something interesting, play games with each other and do things we all like. I feel happy and cheerful. They are a part of my life.

We all know that health is of great importance in our lives. It is the foundation of everything. Of course, it consists of physical health and mental health. But the latter is usually ignored especially among college students.

It is a common phenomenon that college students drop out from school due to mental problems. Increasing suicides, homicides and other serious incidents are reported from time to time. Therefore, it is vital to improve student’s mental health.

How to do it? As far as I’m concerned, schools should take measures to solve this issue. The mental health consulting room should be built in school. Give psychological lessons to students. On the other hand, as students, we’d better try our best to communicate with our friends, parents and teachers. Once feeling depressed and in despair, we should go to the mental health consulting room without hesitation for help. Only in these ways can we reduce our mental illness and we will become a strong and confident person in the end.

The Importance of Keeping Healthy

Nowadays, with the improvement of our living standards, people are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of health. Undoubtedly, every individual should keep healthy. As we all know, health is vital to one’s growth and success.

The significance of keeping healthy lies in the following aspects. For one thing, keeping good health is a fundamental factor for anyone who wants to achieve success in life. From my point of view, the best way to stay healthy is to combine proper physical exercise with a balanced diet. We can build our body by doing physical exercise as often as possible. And it’s very beneficial for us to eat more green food.

For another, a good mood is helpful to our health. A pleasant state of mind can strengthen the physical function. Moreover, a good mood is essential to improve the efficiency of work.

Considering the above-mentioned, I think health is very important to a person. I hope everyone can face the pressure and difficulties in work and life with a good body and mood.

Health is the Biggest Fortune

Many undergraduate students always say something like that; the youth is the greatest advantage. That’s true. However, some people will take the advantage of youth to do some bad things, such as staying up late, drinking too much, and smoking a lot. These are harmful to our health. Without health, you can’t do anything you want to freely. Without health, you will prolong the time when you lie on the bed.

There are other people who live unhappily most of the time. They will be bored with their future, their study, their relationship with people around. In short, many things in their life make them unhappy. It is reported that the number of the unhappy people is increasing and their ages tend to be younger. Depression is beyond the range of understanding of life. So we should pay attention to not only our physical health but also our mental health. Do we really want to wait until losing health? Can we realize the regret in Sun Yat-sen’s last words “The revolution has not yet been successful, comrades still need to work hard” before he died from cancer? Take part in group activities more. Find chance to talk with others. Always eat fresh fruits and vegetables. We ought to keep a healthy body with an optimistic attitude to welcome tomorrow’s challenge and hardship. Most people may have some decades’ life. Why not use limited time to do useful things? While there is life, there is hope. After all, health is our biggest fortune, so please keep healthy from now.

Tips for Keeping Fit

When it comes to health, the general public has realized the necessity of keeping fit. And here are some of the tips that have been widely recognized.

First of all, one must get enough sleep because sleeping is vital to good health. If we don’t sleep well, our memory, learning ability and logical reasoning will be negatively affected. Secondly, doing exercises regularly can not only build up one’s body but also make one relaxed and more efficient. Last but not least, one needs to keep a good mood. People should learn to have a good control of their sentiment and find appropriate ways to give vent to their negative emotions.

In a word, a combination of being physically healthy and mentally sound is the true sense of health.

What Threatens Our Health?

The fast development of the society brings about a multitude of ideas and ways to help people keep healthy, but some problems also come with it, posing a great threat to our health.

Mental health is of wide concern today. With the quickened pace of life, more and more people suffer from varying degrees of anxiety, depression, irritability and so on due to fierce competition in the job market and failure to succeed one way or another in their life.

The deteriorating living environment is also annoying. The development of science and technology has exerted enormous impact on our health. Air pollution, water pollution is so frequently reported that we seem to be greatly disturbed about our physical fitness.

However, we needn’t to be so worried about this situation. Anyhow, it’s particularly important to keep a positive and correct attitude. On the other hand, we can work together to make the world more suitable for our healthy existence.

Go Away! Mr. Cancer!

Cancer, it’s a scary word. There are many famous people who die of cancer. Luojing was diagnosed with lymph cancer in 2008. He died in June, 2009. Yao Beina, a famous singer, died of Breast cancer when she was 34. Then what is cancer? Cancer is not a single disease. It includes more than 100 different diseases. They may affect any part of the body. Cancer is also known as malignant tumor, by the control of cell growth proliferation mechanism of arrhythmia caused by disease.

A study report announced by the WHO international cancer research center said, according to the current trend of cancer, in 2020, the world cancer rates will increase 50% than now; new global cancer cases will be up to 15 million people every year. According to the United Nations agency, around 2.2 million men and women in China die of cancer each year. Lung cancer is now the most common cancer diagnosed in Chinese men.

What can we do to prevent cancer? Firstly, stop smoking. Tobacco kills more than 5 million people a year. There are many smokers in China many of whom die of lung cancer. Secondly, develop good eating habits. Don’t eat the food of the mildew. We should eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. We must say “no” to junk food. Thirdly, strengthen physical exercise. It’s necessary for us to do 30 minutes of physical exercise every day. We can play basketball with our friends. It can build up our body to ward off diseases. Fourthly, have a good rest. We are undertaking the stress of study. We work hard day and night so that we are so tired and the overload working may lower our ability to cope with diseases. Therefore, having enough rest is very critical. Finally, keep a good state of mind. We should make ourselves relax. Psychological health is very critical. I believe that someday human beings will overcome the cancer in future.

With time going by, health has been playing an important role in the daily life.

As we all know, there are various excuses for not living a healthy life. In my opinion, however, there are some tips to keep healthy. First of all, we should have beautiful habits. Get up early, go to bed early and have a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables and fishes. What is more, doing exercise every day is also necessary, such as running, jumping and so on.

It needs not only physical health, but also mental health to stay healthy. For example, by reading more kinds of books, I think, we can broaden our horizon and acquire more knowledge so that we can become pure and confident.

As far as I can see, only by doing this, can we keep healthy.

As the saying goes “whoever neglects learning in his youth loses the past and is dead for the future”. So you must work hard to make your dreams come true and you can turn yourself into a better one.

Changing yourself is a difficult thing, but we try our best to work out every day over and over again and keep fit. I believe we must make progress.

One is never too old to learn. We go on with learning, we go on making more exercises and we will love ourselves more and more. Don’t be afraid of failure; don’t be scared of difficulty; don’t be frightened of being laughed at. If you hang on learning and exercising, you can change yourself. Where there is a will, there is a way.

Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.

Do people who have just experienced a very brutal entrance exam and successfully stepped into the door of the university, and old students who have been accustomed to college life enjoy the life which they have looked forward to in their previous high school? Perhaps this kind of life is too free, so that they have lost their long life habits. For example, they do not eat on time, often stay up late, or do not take exercise in a long time.

Because of these unhealthy habits, I am very worried about the health of college students. According to my life experience, many of my classmates do not eat breakfast which is a very bad habit. And some students just eat fast food in which fats are commonly, which are found to have a negative effect on health in many tests. In addition, many students usually do not pay attention to exercises, which causes the college student’s obesity problem. Without doubt, computer games are the most attraction to them. The students are addicted to computer games, which is absolutely their health hazards. Watching the computer for a long time will cause a lot of problems in the eyes, and sedentary has also been proven to be a chronic suicide.

Compared with the physical health problems, college students’ mental health problems are more serious. Nowadays college students lack the psychology education. Furthermore, most of the students are far away from home, so they may have problems in communicating with their family effectively. With the increasing pressure of employment, the psychological problems of college students need to be solved urgently. In recent years, college students commit suicide and murder their roommates, such as Ma Jiajue event and Lin Senhao event, which illustrated the serious problem.

In my opinion, college students should develop their good habits. After all, President Xi also said young people do not always stay up all night. In addition, eat on time everyday and do some exercises. The body is the capital of revolution. Besides, always communicate with other people effectively and usually read books which can enrich our spiritual world. As a socialist successor, we can’t be defeated by these health problems.

A Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body

Health results from good living habits, and health needs an optimistic attitude towards life. Without health, wisdom cannot surface, culture cannot work, the power cannot fight, and knowledge cannot be used. Away from the boring high school life more than a year, our life pace has become slow and life has become leisurely.

Many people think that their own private time is occupied by the hard working in high school, so they want to make good use of the relatively loose university environment. We get more free time in college, but we have also lost a lot of things.

First of all, we lost a good daily routine which is regular. Most people are not willing to go to sleep early every night, instead of reading novels, playing mobile phone, playing games, imperceptibly on until morning, and have no energy, muddle along aimlessly in the next day.

When we entered the university, we stopped running. Because we are too tired to keep running every day, and it takes up too much of our spare time. People focus on learning, focus on having fun with relaxing, but if we do not take exercises for a long time, we will become lazy. The body immunity will drop, and the disease will ensue.

It is vital that good health and a good attitude are essential. Only having the mental health can overcome all kinds of difficulties. Although we are no longer in high school so desperately, but we still have to adhere to the positive attitude. Learn to be focused and disciplined. When you feel lonely and helpless, please remember that there are billions of cells are working together with you and for you.

Health is very important for everyone in life. It’s the basis of physical living condition. This time, I want to focus on talking about how to stay healthy.

The western people usually stay healthy from the following aspects: balanced diet, keeping exercises and regular medical examination. They eat balanced diet for three meals one day. Their breakfast and lunch are usually easy but rich in nutrition. The dinner is very generous. They also take a warm shower before breakfast and oxygen- running behind dinner. Most of the western countries have developed medical system, and most people would take a physical examination once a year.

China has a very long history about keeping health. Influenced by the traditional culture, Chinese doctors think that keeping the balance of Yin and Yang is the key to stay healthy. Eating and wearing clothes will follow seasonal alterations so that people can accommodate the nature. People should keep a peace heart and don’t get angry.

I think the two styles both are beneficial to health. The most important is good diets and lifestyles.

As far as I’m concerned, we should follow the suggestions. First of all, doing exercise is beneficial to our health. It is reported that people who do sports everyday are healthier than those who don’t. More importantly, it’s good to exercise regularly. Secondly, we should have enough sleep every day. Don’t stay up too late or get up too early. Last but not least, don’t eat junk food. It is harmful to the growth of our body.

In old days, a person who suffered from a disease was very likely to die because of the lack of medicines and medical technology. In 1929, an English scientist named Alexander Fleming discovered a new germ which was named penicillium. After that, a lot of people survived in the Second War. However, at that time, just the minority was able to get it. In1943, the production of penicillin was only 20 units per ml. It was so precious that it couldn’t meet the requirement. In order to handle this problem, some scientists attempted to use X-ray, ultraviolet to light Penicillium. The result was most of the strains died, but they found some of those not only survived, but the yield increased. In this way, a large number of Penicillin was produced.

However, every coin has two sides. It also brings severe problems to us. On one hand people don’t know enough about penicillin. On the other hand, it has become universal and cheap for the improvement of yield. Thus, some of us begin to abuse them. A lot of people, including children become deaf due to penicillin abuse. What’s worse, the more we take, the stronger the germs are. Finally, we may have no measure to wipe them.

And with the development of industry, pollution also follows. Every year a large number of people pass away because of air pollution. Every day, a plenty of waste is buried in soil. First, I think you’d better take exercise every day. It is believed that people who do sports every day have more healthy hearts than those who don’t. However, it’s best to exercise regularly.
