赵东升（1984.10-），河南南阳人，博士，副教授。毕业于同济大学市政工程专业。2017.12至今在南阳师范学院工作。主要从事水处理理论与技术研究。主持河南省科技攻关计划1项、河南省高等学校重点科研项目1项。发表学术论文20余篇，其中近3年以第一/通讯作者发表SCI/EI论文8篇。多个SCI期刊审稿人。
