河南省菌类食品工程技术研究中心是河南省科技厅批准建设的省级科研平台,是专业从事食用菌菌种收集保存选育栽培技术、食用菌营养活性成分机理分析和菌类产品产业发展的产学研综合科技平台,是河南省西南部地区食用菌研究层次最高、涉及面最全、研究最系统、梯队最完整、发展潜力最优的食用菌科技研发基地。

Henan Engineering Technology Research Center for Mushroom-based Foods is a provincial scientific research platform approved by the Science and Technology Department of Henan Province. It is a industry-university-research comprehensive technology platform specializing in the collection, preservation, breeding and cultivation technology of mushroom, the mechanism analysis of mushroom nutritional active ingredients and the development of fungus product industry. It is also a scientific and technological research and development base of mushroom with the highest research level, the most comprehensive coverage, the most systematic research, the most complete echelon and the best development potential in the southwestern region of Henan Province.

菌类中心紧紧围绕食用菌产业发展所需要的菌类食品原料质量安全控制(包括食药用菌的菌种选育、新品种推广、病虫害防治、增产丰收技术试验、标准生产技术推广等)、菌类食品工艺创新及产品开发、菌类食品(产品)质量安全控制等技术领域开展研究,同时加强智慧生产技术在菌类食品生产上的应用,跟踪追溯和智能分级技术、微生物预报和栅栏技术和菌类PACCP技术,为我国菌类产业的技术革新起到关键技术支撑和示范引领作用。
The research center closely focuses on the quality and safety control of mushroom-based food raw materials needed for the development of mushroom industry (including the breeding of the edible and medicinal mushroom, the promotion of new varieties, the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests, the experiments of increasing production and harvest, the promotion of standard production technology, etc.), the mushroom-based food technology innovation and product development, the mushroom-based food (product) quality and safety control and other technical fields to conduct research. At the same time, it also strengthens the application of intelligent production technology in the production of mushroom food, tracking and intelligent classification technology, microbial prediction and fence technology, fungus PACCP technology. The research center plays a key technical support and demonstration role for the technological innovation of the mushroom industry in our country.
